I’ve lived in this town for 22 of the past 27 years.
Low housing prices, friendly neighbors, sunnier than Tucson without the summer heat, low crime rates, and a Town government that finally has it’s act together!! Only downside of nice winter weather is that you are still pulling weeds in late January, but you can do it in a T-shirt!
If you have Seasonal Affective Disorder this is the place for you. You can still buy a decent house for under $75.00 a square foot.
